The handling procedure about the discrepancy on steel products: 1. After receiving the customers' complaints( fax, letter, phone), verify the diliver date, truck number, quality certificate, specification, batch number, discrepancy causes (inspction reports), quantity of the complainted steel products, put the complaints that come into being quality discrepancies on record. If the complaint doesn't come into being a quality discrepancy, it won't be put on record, but the compaany will explain to the customers either by oral means or in written words. 2.During the complaint's handling procedure, the company will negotiate and sign agreement in accordance with the relative laws, regulations, products standards, agreements and contracts. 3.After handling the discrepancies,the Financial Dept. and Business Dept. will be inform do the rest relative procedures.
